Amazing antique book filled with images of beautiful Denver in the 1900s. Published in 1906 by L. H. Nelson Company. No tears and binding is secure. The cover shows some creating on the front right bottom and there is some discoloring due to age and use. There is a previous sales tag on the front page, top right corner, that I did not try to remove as I did not want to tear the page. There is what looks like a water stain along the top right corner throughout the pages that lessens as you go through the book. A page that has a small mark on either side, not sure if that is from production (see photos). The book measures just under 10” x 8”. Please review all photos and ask any questions. Thank you!
